RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We are available to assist you if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted up to ten days after receiving the item.
  • We accept returns of unused items in the same condition as when you received them.
  • The item must be in the original packaging when you return it.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for returning your item.

REFUNDS

  • The reimbursement process of your returned item will begin the moment it arrives at our facility. Following an inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the refund procedure.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method (or credit card) of payment upon approval of your return.
  • You will receive the credit within the time period specified by the card issuer's policy.

 SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning your goods. There are no refunds for shipping expenses.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refunds issued if you obtain one.

What is the return policy for order cancellations?

Your refund will be granted if you cancel your order before it is shipped within  14 business days after the request. The amount may not appear in your account for another 2 to 3 business days.

Your refund will be processed once your products have been received and verified at our warehouse if you cancel after your shipment has been dispatched.

Refunds for payments made with a credit card, debit card, or net banking will be handled to the original account used to make the payment. We will start a bank transfer of the refund amount for cash on delivery transactions using your provided billing information. In addition, we provide vouchers that can be applied to future purchases as a hassle-free way to get a refund.

What is the process for replacing a product?

You can receive a replacement when your order is broken, defective, or inaccurate. To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and replacement request at info@bonayu.com.

Our customer support team will arrange for the existing order to be picked up and prepped for replacement delivery in response to the complaint.

What is the cancellation policy for the product?

Orders are not eligible for cancellation after dispatch. Please email us at info@bonayu.com if you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped.

Upon cancellation of your order, your payment will be refunded to the original payment mode within 5 to 7 business days.
